Remove `Minimal Reader` from preferred reader list #29

The minimal reader link now redirects to some defense company with a url similar to https://lmtdefense.designingit.co. In addition, the website is not safe as per a Safari warning.

Thanks for reporting this. I will remove it for the next release and check the others to make sure none have vanished into the night or been snapped up and become dubious like this one.
