Hide incompatible / unsupported readers #66

Probably best to hide incompatible readers from the list of available readers installed that are known to be dead or otherwise not interested in supporting the feed URI scheme.

For iOS we will need to switch to a whitelist of known clients anyway since there is no launch services or equivalent public API available.
