Suggestion: the first page admin sees when logging in is the overview page. The overview is a summary of the action required.

The page will list for example, deposit/withdrawal notifications, number of new invoices to be approved, KYC approval, account approval, change request, etc. In general a summary of all details of action required of admin with link to the respective sections.

See enclosed suggested site map which incorporates all comments raised to date with respect to information that may be required.

There is one thing missing from the list in the suggested site map. A "restricted" tab should also be include which is allowed for key personnel only. Under this tab would be the Admin access rights" panel as raised in issue #1.

The database to list Pokens to be created can also be included here. If the Pokens are not on this list then it cannot be created/minted under the currencies tab. The maintenance of this list restricted to key personnel. A database for suggested list raised under issue #24.

Other features that requires some security/restrictions can also be located here.

Notwithstanding, KYC can also be done under a dedicated "KYC" related tab. Current suggestion is for the KYC process under "Users" and then the repective folder. Hence "User" tabs will be for general use, such as queries and record keeping. General use being to enable/disable account and query data should it be nesscessary.

Thus lines of task responsibiltiy can easily be manged according to the functional tabs. When KYC is approved under "KYC" tab, approval would be recorded in "Users", admin responsible for "Users" can then enable/disable the account accordingly based on the Approve/Reject advice provided by KYC admin.

Admin responsible for "Users" can be considered as customer support with access to all the records but not able to change/modifiy the records.
