Invoice #95 the invoice status is till open. I view the invoice with the intention to make a bid. I see that one of the bidding group has satisfied the sales goal yet the invoice is still open. However I join another group to make a bid and the bid was sent successfully. However this was not recorded on the bidding history although the bid was sent successfully. I have a couple of query with this invoice:
Invoice status is still open despite the sales goal reached (covered elsewhere).
I was still able to successfully submit a bid even though not recorded.
What effect will bidding groups with the same name have on the smart contract. Is there a chance of the invoice being awarded to bidding group with same name but not reached the sales goal. The names of the two bidding group is "GDP" for this invoice.
I suspect that the name of the bidding group is causing the invoice to remain open because the sales goal have not been reached in one of the group.
