What sequence of actions just before Went from My Invoices to Invoice Market to Invoice 444.

Problem Type (error_msg, functionality, correctness, no response, unexpected response, other ): Error Message

Problem Duration (once, sporadic, repeated, always): Error msg Once Always: All PDFs on all invoices never load— box is blank

Brief Description (expand as needed, be to) Error msg: “failed to load Pdf file.” Blank invoice box

I can't find the Invoice # HH8LNZKZOGJFYNTOU in beta platform.

Could you check this issue again and reproduce the UX, please?
