I've checked this invoice in beta platform.

When I check the PDF enlarge, it is working well.

Could you check this invoice again, please?

Hi @seniordev555

I tried again still same problem. Clicked enlarge and then refresh screen, when I refresh it takes me back to the invoice page and does not remain on the enlarge invoice page. I am using the latest version of firefox on laptop.

Could you let me know the invoice id you are checking now?

I am viewing Invoice #q9mqEt3mbonn66de2 now. It is the same for all other invoices. I still get the same blank image when I try to enlarge the invoice. I see thumbnail of the invoice so it seem to have downloaded but see blank page when I enlarge.

Clicking to enlarge - just enlarge? or Clicking to enlarge - need to perform a download of some sort, then enlarge? (No indication of connection to anything to download when I click)

I've checked the invoice you mentioned in the comments. It is working well on my side. I have checked the pdf preview in Chrome and Firefox.

I am still not seeing the enlarged view. I use firefox to view the invoice. However I noticed that you seem to call out a view reader on your screenshot whereas in my screenshot no viewer is opened. Is it something to do with setting I may have? As I am aware, all my setting are defaults, I'm not a computer nerd to play around with setting and things.

I am able to view the invoice on the chrome browser but not firefox.

Still having problems with enlarging the PDf to view on firefox. Had a convo with David Fens in slack and he had some advice. See the attachment with the screenshot of our discussion for your perusal. Have not yet tried the final solution to get it working. But hopes our discussion helps to identify possible issues.
