Wallet Feature Request - Add a PPT "time deposit" option to allow lock in of PPT tokens #425

Provide an option where PPT may be locked (by the Wallet owner) from being sent off the platform for a period of time determined by the Wallet owner. This may be used to sequester PPT from being sold on exchanges, yet still be used on the platform to fund Invoice Buying.

This may be useful for large investors as well as those seeking to demonstrate commitment to the success of the platform. Additionally this can be used as a security feature to prevent an account from being cracked and having PPT removed before the Wallet owner recognizes the breach.

Feature can't be supported by platform. 1) - https://github.com/bitpopulous/platform/issues/939 - new wallet time-lock, integrated. 2) - Additional security implementation. on-demand kyc for large transfers. 3) - fraud a.i detection system
