What sequence of actions just before error:

Problem Type (error_msg, functionality, correctness, no response, unexpected response, other :disappointed: Wallet page has been stuck on "Your customer profile data have not yet been verified." Can’t access deposit/withdrawal/address etc… Problem Duration (once, sporadic, repeated, always): Couple of weeks.
