Objectives: Adding the modules with Loom videos to increase success in Bit

  • [ ] People need to get added on our Guru workspace in order to access the cards. How will we do that.
  • [ ] Explain WHY we use guru
  • [ ] How to create Guru on slack, how to search up cards, how to get verification

• [ ] Hack.md Module Collaborative way to take meeting notes together

• [ ] Responsibilities Module It's important for every member to understand what their DRI is on top of OKRs, please consult with Directors about that!

• [ ] Expectation Module

  1. All core members are expected to work for a minimum of ten weeks at Bit Project.
  2. Each member must be willing dedicate as much time to Bit Project as listed under the responsibilities section of their job description.
  3. Each member must respond to all communication in a timely manner (within 24 hours).
  4. Members must make every effort to have a flexible schedule, enabling them to be available for meetings at different times throughout the week.
  5. Members who are having difficulty fulfilling their responsibilities must communicate that with their manager as soon as possible.
  6. If any OKRs are not completed without an update or explanation will receive a strike. 3 strikes will be offboarded
