Is that the right link? I can't find anything in that output about Releases failing to install :( It works fine for me on a number of public projects, including their Python 2.6 matrix cell under Travis. E.g. https://travis-ci.org/pyinvoke/invoke/jobs/34338562#L203

Closing this for now as "can't replicate" but please comment here if you're still having the problem & can find a good link to an example (or show me what I am missing.) Thanks!
