This adds support for the Peripage A40 thermal printer.

Thanks for merging this so quickly. This was my first pull request, so apologies if I've misunderstood anything about the process!

There some notes for the future:

Better not to push local changes in .gitignore as it may cause problems in repo (like delete requirements.txt)
Do not push pycache and related caches

For now I'm working on refactoring and future contributions may be moved to issues as printer specs
