Output format: table #18

List apps, builds etc. in a table format, e.g. similar to docker ps or bitrise DEN CLI list outputs.

Used for the output of the builds command (#28). Not sure if should be a --format option like pretty and json, for now we'll keep it in builds, no reason to have table output format for every command IMO.
