Xcodebuild append fix

Description

• Set xcodebuild destination and disabe codesigning in a different methods (instead of setting them via XcodebuildOptions) => It will fix the issue: When the user specified a XcodebuildOptions it override the default one.
• test_multi_target_workspace_custom_derived_data_path test added to check the XCODEBUILD_OPTIONS input.
• refactor(dependency): go-xode and xcode-project dependency update
