Move to Heroku and add CI #2

Point the domain https://bitrock.it to the GitHub Page related to this repo (https://bitrockteam.github.io/bitrock-website/) and add Travis CI integration to automate the update & deploy process.

[x] bitrock.it domain pointing to Heroku deploy
[x] add Travis CI config
[x] build pipeline working
[x] Travis deploying to Heroku

Heroku does provide a better fit for our needs, so we will migrate the deployment there.
