Making ice cream with dry ice:
Concepts: -States of matter (solids, liquids, gas) -Dry ice vs regular ice (sublimation / solid CO2 instead of H2O)
Materials: -dry ice -sugar -cream -flavoring -mixing utensils
Theme: The instructors compete with each other to make the best ice cream. Students can help out with intermediate steps, and be the final judges of the ice cream flavors.
