Hello everyone, Got some difficulties, after installation

Defaulting to user installation because normal site-packages is not writeable Collecting wesng Using cached wesng-1.0.3-py3-none-any.whl.metadata (6.7 kB) Using cached wesng-1.0.3-py3-none-any.whl (18 kB) Installing collected packages: wesng Successfully installed wesng-1.0.3

trying to update as in instruction wes.py --update, but getting this:

'wes.py' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Can please somebody help with that?

way to wes.py was not right
