preview window (sometimes) getting render-to-file content #29

when a render-to-file finishes the preview window gets a version of the rendered image. it resets to properly show the preview when a preview update is triggered.

I wasn't able to reproduce this problem. If you can determine the steps necessary to reproduce the problem, then please include them in this issue.
