Syncing rules with the elastalert server #108

I'm just getting started with this plugin and it looks really promising, thanks for putting it together.

I've noticed that rules loaded by the elastalert server (as in in a rules directory) are not visible in the UI of this plugin. Is this intended? If so, do you have advice around getting these synced up?

Versions:

Elasitc Stack: v7.0.1
Elastalert server: 3.0.0-beta.0
Elastalert kibana plugin: 1.0.4-7.0.1

The plugin is amazing, and I'll use it as it is, but I agree that this would be a nice addition.
