Reintroduce chains removed for maintenance #196

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Beet wallet used to support more blockchains, notably EOS, Binance chain and whaleshares.

These were removed for maintenance, as their outdated client libraries were impeding Beet development progress. https://github.com/bitshares/beet/commit/13a6f4e3370fc0b948e0d1f13c08968a88ba4686

Now that the wallet has been refactored we could reconsider their removal.

Describe the solution you'd like If we're able to do so, reintroduce eos and binance chain.

If available, seek funding from those blockchains to provide maintenance workers to address this task.

Describe alternatives you've considered They remain removed from the wallet.

Additional context An older Beet wallet user could plausibly try to restore a backed up wallet which contains EOS/BNB/WLS account details, leading to erroneous wallet behaviour. Whilst the develop branch has removed these cryptos for a period of several months, the current main branch release still has these 3 cryptos supported.

Unless funding can be secured from these previously removed blockchains it remains a low priority to Bitshares blockchain.

Smoke blockchain is dead (RIP), so it won't be reintroduced. WLS isn't as active but is still online, their client library may require more work before being viable again.
