@lapinlapin Should probably display all data in 1 table. Don't bother with scrolling.

[ ] no need to add minus/plus for now
[x] click in the row from order book should autofill NEW ORDER data
[x] the background indicator should be cumulative - ie add up all previous volumes #https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares-community-ui/commit/836efdf1bb59791006ae47d8ae662b53ce290ea6
