Need to make Order book more informative

Currently order book shows all orders, list is too long and hard to navigate. Instead of showing all orders - let's group orders by price so that every step is a certain price range. Price step can be changed using plus/minus buttons (already in zeplin). There should be 9 price steps in accordance with number of rows in the order book (and unlimited steps in the expanded version.
Additional context
Using this feature means that we can remove scroll from the order book component, keep it for the expanded component only
