There's not a bug bounty program anymore. There hasn't been since hackthedex.

What do you have in mind? Just package vulnerabilities? Because yeah that's likely.

Is this in new or old components or due to package dependencies? Your best bet would be to contact this repos devs via telegram to continue discussion privately, however it'd be voluntary without reward afaik.
