Add active workers tab under the explore Tab #1339

When on the explore tab, you can see active witnesses and elected committee members. Shouldn't we also be able to see active workers?

Active workers are available under the voting tab. Do you think it's necessary to have 2 views?

@wmbutler sometime I wanted to take a look Workers tab and spend few minutes to discover it. If I remember correct "Explore" was first thing I opened. So maybe it make sense to add only "Active" workers to Explore and some description like "If you want to vote or take a look all workers go there" and link to voting page. I understand that copy-paste functionality is very bad thing but for now this UX makes user confused where they can take a look workers and I was a one man of this users.
