RTL Language support #1910

We should probably research what it would entail to support RTL languages for the interface.

This would be a larger CSS related task to complete, but it would indeed be a good one to have.

I propose that we should make an overhaul and documentation on how the CSS standards are (should be) when creating code, which would make RTL support much easier.
