[0.5] No balance update for Withdraw #2768

Describe the bug When I have every amount of one assets in open orders and cancel one order, I can't withdraw the asset

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Get a gateway coin
  2. Put all coins in open order
  3. Go to withdraw -> no withdraw option
  4. Cancel open order
  5. Still no withdraw option
  6. reload page
  7. Now I can withdraw asset

Expected behavior Make asset available for withdraw after cancel order

Sounds like the modal doesn't get updated information after you cancel the order on the dashboard section.

I assume that you cancel the open order under the "Open Orders" tab on the dashboard.

This does not happen to me.

  1. Added asset CITADEL.MONERO to market.
  2. Opened Dashbaord
  3. Clicked Withdraw on asset ´CITADEL.MONEO` to view 0 in available
  4. Opened Dashboard -> Open Orders
  5. Canceled open order
  6. Clicked Withdraw on asset ´CITADEL.MONEO` to view total amount available again.

What do you mean with adding asset to the market?

  1. I bought RUDEX.EOS
  2. I but all my EOS in open orders
  3. reload client
  4. no withdraw option now
  5. cancel order
  6. still now withdraw option
  7. reload client, withdraw option now

add asset to market = put a sell order.
