Describe the bug I get on a regular base disconnects, but the client doesn't realize this and has no intention to auto reconnect

Expected behavior Auto reconnect in the background

OS: MX-Linux, Light client

Ideas here @sschiessl-bcp ? You wrote the auto connect parts, but I remember we've had some issues/discussions before about the client not reconnecting on disconnects after computer waking up and/or loss of internet for example.

Nodes do not hop and start can freeze.
