[Wallet Redesign] Dashboard Mobile #2857

On mobile devices, the dashboard looks the same as on a desktop (#2670) with one key difference - all widgets fit 100% of screen width.

All widgets with charts or widgets which need more space will have a “full screen” icon and on click will rotate by 90 degrees

User can get back to the standard view by clicking on the “close” button.
