update release dates #74

should we change Bitshares 2.0 to Bitshares 3.0 in the download page ?

I think it's better to totally remove the binaries download links and the dates, only leave the links to github release pages.

Downloads page is up2date now, dapps page with similar concept to your suggestion (just improved) is coming, until real dapps page has been approved.
