[news.bitshares.org] Caching + recaptcha problem with account page #87

Issue: https://news.bitshares.org/my-account/ page is used for overview of registered author/subscriber accounts + access to dashboard/articles. It's been protected with Google ReCaptcha V3 and it has an issue that first login goes to cache (reload), then on 2nd login it works always.

Solution:

Remove pages /signup/ and /my-account/ from WordPress Cache plugins
Add pages to Cache ignore manually on server-side cache
Ignore script for recaptcha on CDN

Addition:

robots.txt - disallow mentioned pages from crawling (focus SEO on BitShares blockchain account page)

Estimate: 1 hour implementation + coding. 30 minutes testing on demo.bitshares.org -> move to live 30 mins (bug fix) + GitHub management.
