confusing "New Balance: 0.00 BTS" at the transfer page when the amount is empty #675

New Balance: 0.00 BTS (Less fee of 0.1 BTS)

I saw "0.00 BTS" at the bottom constantly when I haven't input the amount , while I know I have a lot of BTS in that account . It's confusing , it should display as the actual balance at the bottom if you haven't input an amount .
