Tradingview spam downloading market data! #25

Hey,

The market tradingview page is currently spam downloading market data, like requesting the data more than once per second whilst the page's content is visually identical.

The data being transferred is small, but perhaps across several thousand users this could become a problem for your backend api?

Further update:

If you zoom into chart data this stops, and when you zoom out to where there isn't market data the spam loading occurs.
