Add proxy data to account page #47

Could you please add the number of proxy followers and the amount of votes a proxy has on the account page for each respective proxy?

My proxy account is kimchi-king.

This data could be added to the "Proxy" section found on the account page. Right now, it just says "Yes" or "No".

also added votes for committee members(http://open-explorer.io/#/accounts/1.2.125824), witnesses(http://open-explorer.io/#/accounts/1.2.167) and workers(http://open-explorer.io/#/accounts/alfredo-worker)
