when in court after an appeal the "action in" should be empty #17

When the request is in the third phase (in court, after the decision of the government body to an appeal was not accepted), the "actie in" field should be empty. We are not keeping track of any deadlines in the third phase, so this particular field cannot provide any useful data.

@rejozenger Do you have a case number for me to check this with? And how do I know if an appeal is accepted or not? We only have fields for when a decision ('uitspraak rechter' / 'beroep afgerond') has been made. Should the 'actie in' be empty in either case?

rejozenger commented 11 years ago

Basically, field_appeal_sent_date has been set and field_appeal_judgement has not, the field_action_required_date should be unset (as the timeframe for the next action is unknown and case-to-case dependent. This should only happen when in the phase appeal.)

To reproduce, simply start a new case, have a decision taken, object to that decision, have a decision on that objection taken and appeal that decision at the court (third phase).

I am unable to reproduce. When I follow your steps, the 'action in' field is empty, as it should be.

Neither can I. You can consider this but to be non-existent (and for now: closed).
