Create a proposal request to take part in the delegation program

Hello there, very happy to see your proposal, I took a look to thecelo.com and it seem very useful. I'm very curious to know what technology/language you want to use.

To be approved you must open a new Issue and not a PR. So please paste your proposal here https://github.com/bitsongofficial/delegation-program/issues/new/choose

There are two things to consider before starting out: 1) Start your work as backend, after your API are well documented you can attach the UI 2) We are just to write down the upgrade proposal, the mainnet v2 will be launched in July 2021 (hopefully) so your parser (or your chain requester) should be based with the new version (protobuf + grpc) https://github.com/bitsongofficial/go-bitsong/tree/module/fantoken this one is the most recent version.
