2 years ago The prerequisites list is clear. The bug must affect a run on the Chrome browser accessed by a Desktop computer, not by using desktop mode on a mobile phone.
If you want, you can report this issue as not participating in the competition.

In my opinion, to eliminate this bug is to simplify the website because when the mainnet has been rolled out, people who will use the website not only use computers but also use cellphones. so I ask for the bug to be fixed soon, especially for mobile device users like me 😊 but other than that I like the features on the website 😊 and if it's not a bug maybe i'm wrong thanks☺
Describe the issue behavior
i have a problem when i try to change bitsong testnet to osmosis testnet on my phone (here i don't use a computer because i don't have one) the problem i'm having is that my bitsong balance is around 10,000 but when i want to change to osmosis my testnet balance is 0 but it fits I checked my wallet again, my balance remains the same 10,000. but after i tried many times finally my balance appeared on the sinfonia website and i managed to exchange testnet bitsong to testnet osmosis. and i think maybe because i am using mobile i have this problem and the website is too heavy for mobile users but i think it is a bug because the balance in old wallet is linked to the website
