Remove armv7s from BIT_ARM_ARCHS #550

This change lets HockeySDK work with Carthage + Xcode 10.2. Stole the idea from Urbanairship's 10.2 patch.

@DuoBrian Sorry for the long radio silence on this one, we're currently evaluating if we can safely merge this and get back to it soon.
