Implement a monthly subscription tier for PrintNanny's GA launch.

[ ] $9.99 / month for your 1st printer
[ ] Each additional printer is $1 / month
[ ] First 5GB cloud storage is free, then $1 / month for an additional 10 GB
[ ] Last chance to snag the Founding Member annual tier (unlimited printers + storage)

I'll phase out the Founding Member tier and implement annual equivalents of the monthly metered plan, but let's tackle ☝ first.

[x] Create a CloudLicense model
[ ] Create a new Stripe subscription tier, with subscription quantities enabled https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/quantities
[ ] When you connect a Pi to a cloud account, try to associate a CloudLicense with the Pi.
[ ] If no licenses are available, show a warning + link to Stripe checkout
[ ] Founding Members skip the check for available CloudLicense instances.
