Camera stops when navigating away from camera page #265

Describe the bug

The camera service is getting stopped when you browse away from the camera page.

The correct behavior is to close our WebRTC connection when the video player is out of the view, but don’t stop the camera service unless the “stop camera” button/command is sent.
