Camera status indicator is only visible from the camera page

Describe the bug

The camera status indicator (green/yellow/red circle) is not correctly displayed outside the camera page.

The indicator should always show the following:

• Green arrow icon (camera active)
• Yellow paused icon (camera is inactive)
• Red arrow inside of a circle (camera is recording)
