Bounding Box overlay is not rendered in WebRTC feed #270

Describe the bug

The bounding box overlay is not rendered correctly in the v0.6.5 nightly builds.

For example, this benchy is correctly detected as a "print" object with high confidence (see graphs) - but we're not seeing bounding boxes drawn in the webrtc feed.

Let's double-check the tensor dimension caps in the bb_tensor_decoder pipeline segment.
