OctoPrint + Moonraker services are restarted when wifi disconnects/reconnects #282

Describe the bug

Both octoprint.service and moonraker.service specify After=network-online.target as a dependency.

I think blips in network connectivity are causing network-online.target to get restarted, which is propagating to octoprint.service and moonraker.service

Fixed in the latest v0.6.6 nightly, closing
