I hope this message finds you well. I have been closely following your research and am impressed by the progress.

I am now troubled by the organizational format of the dataset, and it still takes a long time to restore the organizational format of the data from the my_dataset.py file. It would be immensely helpful if you could share the dataset organization format or, if possible, a sample snippet of the dataset to provide clarity on its structure.

Thanks for your attention. Due to the latest findings not yet being published, I will provide you with model guidance from the MICCAI 2023 paper. Please leave me an email, and I will send you a detailed guidance.

The latest model link is in the guidance.txt (baidudisk link), or you can try this googledrive link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-C_dOecnDoh8Cy26dw62Wa4HuizWLJmm/view?usp=drive_link Since there is a limit in file size, so I reduced the number of images in the fold patient to 8, in general, it needs at least 50 images.
