Added values for records with unknown Design IDs #4

I have double checked these values against Rebrickable, BrickOwl, Bricksets, and BrickLink.

Some of the entries seemed duplicate and I have removed them. For example I'm confident 31313 doesn't have both a 4502834 and a 6044688 - "Caterpillar Track"; both of those part ids are used by LDD Id: 53992.

You may have noticed that this issue is related to #1.

What is left to be done is regenerate the Lego Mindstorms EV3 combined list.csv file as described in the README (Usage, 2.), and paste the updated content into the LibreOffice Calc spread sheet.

Would you mind doing that too? So, all related changes would be in a single PR.
