[feature][BTIP-1]: Integrate with bittorrent protocol #1

Hopes that BTFS can adds a new command/API to downloads the contents of a specific bittorrent seed, if it was existed in BTFS already, then just download via BTFS network. The branch about this BTIP is in:BTIP-1

magnet link is very useful, no need to download .torrent files

So far we just provide the commands to operate.Maybe we will consider add a dashboard as client to make the operation more person-friendly.

Are we not suppose to help each other on gh or whats the dilly. The billions of data i have racked up is no value. Literly it was not greed but heed the sleek thought od scamming she was fragile now knowing we here can all build the perfit hill for jill if that metadata is as qual-trillions of value funding. LoL any ways hayday till mayday. I can hire unlimited pay?
