[feature][BTIP-72]: Support symmetric encryption when sharing files with BTFS #72

Now we have a BTIP to encrypt the file: BTIP-52, however, it just supports asymmetric encryption, I hope that we can add symmetrical encryption to it. The docs about this BTIP is in BTIP-72
