faq: nostr and bittorrent? #138

Hello,

I would like to know if you all have thought about creating a specification referring to Bittorrent+nostr. Have you all ever thought about creating a specification referring to Bittorrent+nostr?

idea? My general idea is to decentralize metadata about torrent files in nostr. So use Bittorrrent to share and search torrent files with nostr. I didn't find any specification of nostr+bittorent. An interesting case for nostr-bittorrent is that you don't need to have a central server to manage the torrent files.

what do you all think of this idea?

That traffic could potentially cause a lot of stress on the relay, at least I would believe it to.

I think having predefined directories, nostr clients can use this feature with a bittorrent client installed on the device to easily manage torrents.
