[windows] Ping command doesn't work #609

Problem

when attemping <app> ping the command errors out due to scripting issues.

Fix

change @args to $args
change @argv to $argv

Made recommended changes in master, if you can open a PR for changes like these. I know it's a bit more work, but makes sure the fixes are done correctly :)
