I think this is missing from the move of code from exec to main..

In testing #563 I ran across an issue and I believe this fixes the issue; I am still dealing with the impact of commit 3bfd7a0cd7d2be69318869bc72d1be699f211995

It breaks my custom migration commands that I ran before bringing my app up;
