Android: Can't create Passkey in the PayPal App #3316

Steps To Reproduce

If I want to create a passkey in the PayPal App on Android, following error is shown: Screenshot_20240609-105117~2

Expected Result

The passkey is saved in Bitwarden.

Actual Result

An error message is shown and the process is canceled.
