Chrome Browser Extensions asks to save passwords when not logged in / ignores setting made when logged in

Steps To Reproduce

1. Be logged out of Bitwarden extension (due to timeout or else)
2. Visit some site
3. Fill out a password field

Expected Result

The extension should show any popups when not logged in.

Actual Result

Popup being shown on top of the browser page.

Additional Context

I am not having allot of passwords in Bitwarden and only use it for certain things. It bothers quite a bit to have popups showing on every password entry even if i don't need them.

I am aware of the setting in the extension but it seems to be ignored when not logged in.

Same error here, also with 2024.6.2, but on Windows 11 Chrome 126.0.6478.127.

This just happend to me on the fresh installation, not the old ones.
